ROV Services Trinidad Limited was incorporated in 2006 to develop the ROV market in Trinidad and Tobago.  While it is a separate entity from Hull Support Services, the two organizations share common administrative and operational functions. HSSL intends to fully utilize ROV Services Trinidad Ltd for all potential opportunities in the new and emerging market regionally and internationally.

Hull Support Services Ltd (HSSL) is a 100% Trinidad owned and operated Sub Sea Construction Company that provides services to the local Oil and Gas Industry. The company was incorporated in 1996 and acquired by its present owners in 2001.

Our core business is offshore commercial diving and Remote Operated Vehicles (ROV) operations.  We possess the capability and capacity as an offshore commercial sub sea service provider in offshore construction, maintenance, inspection, repairs. We continuously add assets to be self contained for executing major diving and marine contracts.

Our non core business is providing specialty products and services through agency agreement.  These non-core services include specialized concrete/steel reinforced repairs and Riser clad corrosion protection products through our agency agreement with TopCor Services (USA). HSSL is the exclusive approved agent in the CARICOM countries for TopCor Services (USA).  We are continually looking at expansion and diversification of the value chain.

HSSL business strategy is underpinned by strategic alliances for shared core services. To this end, we have formed a Strategic Alliance with Suriname Diving Inc (SDI). SDI, being an inshore diving service provider, has expanded and diversified their capability as an offshore commercial sub sea service provider for construction, maintenance, inspection and repairs. SDI benefits directly from HSSL’s core, non-core and shared core business development strategies. HSSL also provides vessels with complete saturation diving and work class ROV equipment.

Our services are further supported by several strategic alliances (See details of our alliances listed on page # four (4)).

CLIENT BASE:

Hull Support Services Limited currently provide services and deliver significant savings to the following major companies:-  The National Gas Company of Trinidad & Tobago (NGC), BP TT LLC, British Gas (BG), BHP Billiton Angostura Project, Petrotrin, Trinmar Operations, EOG Resources, Lange PML, Phoenix Park Gas Processors, Ensco, Inter Isle Construction and Fabrication, Carl King & Company, Melville Shipping, Lazzari Shipping. In addition, a major upstream oil company operating in Trinidad & Tobago  has chosen HSSL as one of its strategic partners  in the execution of  their  Pipeline Emergency Repair plan.

HSSL/SDI/GDI was subcontracted by Global Marine Services Ltd/Denholm Offshore Ltd (UK) to provide the diving support services in Suriname and Guyana for the Pre Lay Shore End fiber optic cable installation in these locations. This exemplified our regional market focus and the benefits of the strategic alliances we have in place with Suriname Diving Inc and Guiana Diving Inc. We continue to expand our client base within and outside of the oil and gas industry.

HSSL is a Contractor (Co) member, participating in the work of the Diving Division with The International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA) since 2003.

HSSL is an accredited member of the Association of Diving Contractors (ADC), the governing body for commercial diving standards in the United States.

STRATEGIC ALLIANCES

Hull Support Services Ltd (HSSL) is rapidly growing and diversifying its business portfolio. We have recognized the critical importance of building relationships with clients and key contractors. To this end, HSSL utilizes the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) principles of engagement to stage these Strategic relationships and Alliances. The following is a listing of our alliances:-

• Suriname Diving Inc (SDI) /Guiana Diving Inc (GDI) to provide offshore diving capability in Suriname and the Guianas (British, French, Dutch) and to develop the inshore diving currently available to offshore capability. 
   


• ISS, Integrated Subsea Services (UK) to provide additional Dive/ROV equipment and personnel to meet specific client requirements
   


• Hydrotech limited (Trinidad) to provide mechanical fabrication, painting, rope access and general construction works.
   


• West Africa partners (Deepdraft Energy Services , Crossharbour Capital Ltd, Azumagcc Ltd and Afriteen Ltd) to engage in a wide variety of core and non-core projects in the West Africa Region including Diving, ROV, dredging, platform construction and any related services required by major clients.
   


• Ashbard Energy (Nigeria based and headquartered) to promote all of HSSL's core, non-core and the combined extended services available from all HSSL's MOU partners for West Africa projects.
   


• Hydrocarbon Outsource Limited (HOLE), Trinidad to promote HSSL's core and non-core capability and capacity, and to provide drilling services for the West Africa projects.
   


• Blue-Con Subsea limited (Nigeria based and headquartered in Port Harcourt) to promote HSSL's capability and capacity for West Arica projects to execute underwater projects (R.O.V & Diving) in West Africa.
   


• E.T.C Ltd (Trinidad) to provide concrete products and services.

GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT:

We have obtained ISO 9001:2008 certification, and have recently restructured the organization with focus on Business Development and Marketing to achieve our strategic objectives and growth agenda. The Strategic Market focus is Suriname, Guyana and the rest of CARICOM, Brazil (Petrobras), West Africa (Nigeria, Ghana, Equatorial Guinea) and the Gulf of Mexico.

Through our strategic alliances , we have been able to achieve some major milestones in our growth agenda via:

1. With our partners SDI/GDI , we were subcontracted with an international contractor(UK) for dive support in the installation of a fiber optic cable network Trinidad -Suriname - Guyana as part of a regional ICT initiative.


2. With our partners Ashbard Energy and Blue Con Subsea in Nigeria, we are preparing to mobilise ROV services in West Africa ;


3. We have established a strategic partnership with a major offshore client , operating off the East Coast, Trinidad for its Pipeline Emergency Response Project
