Hull Support Services Limited has been operating under its present management for the last four years, during this period we have completed a number of offshore projects for The National Gas Company of Trinidad & Tobago (NGC), BP TT LLC, Trinmar, Ensco, Inter Isle Construction and Fabrication, Carl King & Company, Melville Shipping, Lazzari Shipping to name a few.  We continue to expand our client base within and outside of the oil and gas industry.

 

Our major achievement for 2003 was to become recognized and accepted as a Contractor (Co) member participating in the work of the Diving Division with The International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA). IMCA is the international trade association representing offshore, marine and underwater engineering companies.  The Association has:

  • 2 Core Activities, which benefit all members – Safety, Environment & Legislation (SEL) and Training, Certification & Personnel Competence (TCPC);
     

  • 4 Technical Divisions, of which members join one or more, entirely of their own choice and paying the appropriate subscription – Diving Marine, Offshore Survey and Remote Systems & ROV; and
     

  • 4 Regional Sections, providing a forum for discussing local issues and giving valuable input into IMCA’s world-wide activities, in each major area of offshore activity – Americas Deepwater, Asia-Pacific, Europe & Africa and Middle East & India. 

In addition HSSL has accomplished a number of mile stones, such as becoming an accredited member of the Association of Diving Contractors (ADC), the governing body for commercial diving standards in the United States and being approved as qualified classification surveyors to perform in water surveys of vessels and mobile offshore units for Lloyds, Det Norske Veritas and the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS). 

 

Based on the above classifications and certifications, HSSL can now be considered as a world class provider of Subsea services.

 

The current Board of Directors comprises the following individuals:

  • Mr. Ian Campbell

The above team of diving related individuals has been intimately involved in the local and international, commercial diving industry for a number of years and cumulatively has more than 80 years experience.
